I am, I exist It's the only truth, the only constant.
This Beingness is who you truly are.

Surrendering, Letting go and Allowing

Letting go.

It will bring you the peace and joy you are looking for. And make every part of your life easier and effortless.

Your mind may wonder how to do it. Mine sure did.
But in truth it's very simple.
So simple that you might resist it at first.

When you are simply Being in this moment now.
Then you are fully surrendering, letting go and allowing. Then you are in total acceptance.

Truly, Being is the key and nothing more is needed.

Teachings and teachers

Every teacher and every teaching has only one goal and that is to bring you to that state of Being.

All they can do is point you in the right direction. Because it's something you have to discover and experience for yourself.

You can do as I did and study every book and every teaching, you can even visit all the teachers in the world.

And you can do this any way you want and for as long as you want. There is no one right way.

But in the end everyone, including you, has to come to his or her own Beingness.

All the texts say that in order to gain release one should render the mind quiescent; therefore their conclusive teaching is that the mind should be rendered quiescent; once this has been understood there is no need for endless reading.

- Sri Ramana Maharashi

Meditation and practice

Practicing meditation not only teaches you acceptance and allowing. It also gradually raises your awareness. What was unconscious before now becomes more and more conscious.

Once you start seeing your reactive patterns, you create a choice and can then choose to let go of those patterns. Reactive life turns into response-ability.

The more you let go of what is not you, the more your mind gets quiet and the more of what is truly you, your own Beingness, becomes visible.

In the end Being is all that is needed and all other practices although helpful are merely aids to bring you to your true nature.

Like the practice of breath-control. meditation on the forms of God, repetition of mantras, restriction on food, etc., are but aids for rendering the mind quiescent.

- Sri Ramana Maharashi

The breath is by far one of the most potent aids in bringing you back into this moment and into your Beingness

If you feel overwhelmed, breathe. It will calm you and release the tensions.

If you are worried about something coming up, or caught up in something that already happened, breathe. It will bring you back to the present.

If you are moving too fast, breathe. It will remind you to slow down, and enjoy life more.

Breathe, and enjoy each moment of this life. They're too fleeting and few to waste.

- Leo Babauta

About me

Several years ago I read a book that introduced me to some mind-blowing concepts.

In that moment my heart already knew that this was it, that I had found what I had been looking for.

But even though my heart knew, my scientific mind had to understand the how and the why of it all.

So this desire to know propelled me on a journey full of studying and experimenting.

Along this journey I discovered that my heart is always guiding me, however subtle it may be.

I also learned that whatever challenge life presented me, that if I could let go and trust, that everything would always work out.

Over these past years my mind has gathered a vast amount of knowledge and truth, but at this point I also know that this, the truth of truths, is all the knowledge you need.

I am, I exist, your own Beingness is the key to what all of us are looking for.

This website, along with my other creations you can find here, are my way of spreading this message.

I hope one day you too can fall deeply in love with yourself, with your own Beingness.

Much love,
